Celebration of Life Services for Ms. Genell Jewel Harper will be held Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at 2:00PM at Victory Baptist Church 640n Meriwether Road, - Milledgeville, Georgia. Rev. Kendrick K. Mack will officiate. Interment will follow at Rock Mill Baptist Church Cemetery.
Public Viewing will be held Tuesday, November 14, 2023 from 3:00-6:00PM at New Beginning Outreach Worship Center 200 Southside Drive - Milledgeville, Georgia.
Wilkinson County Memorial Chapel - Irwinton has charge of arrangements.
