Celebration of Life Services for Mr. Carl Lee Jackson of Haddock, Georgia will be held Saturday, July 25, 2026, at 11:00AM at Adams Tabernacle CME Church - 126 Haddock Drive – Haddock Georgia. Interment will follow at the church cemetery. Rev. William Horne will serve as eulogist.
Mr. Carl Lee Jackson was born to the late Willie Mae Burke Jackson and Willie Cecil Adside on February 4, 1964, in Macon, GA. He departed this life on July 17, 2026, peacefully at Atrium Navicent Health Pine Pointe Hospice.
He was preceded in death by his siblings, Emmie Jean Bass, Sandugene Brantley, Marie Solomon, Annie Lu Primas, John Henry Jackson, Gary Adside and Tyrone White.
He was a graduate of Wilkinson County High School, Class of 1982. He was employed at Central State Hospital until his retirement in 2006. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, listening to his old school music, fishing and cutting grass. He accepted Christ at an early age. He was a member of St. John CME Church in Gordon, GA.
He leaves to cherish his memories his loving and devoted wife, Mary W. Jackson: one son, Jaylen Jackson; four daughters, Carlithia Jackson, Jessica Jackson, Sharvie’ Coats, Tiffany Barfield; three stepchildren, Neshanthia (Jerome) Whipple, Steve Wiggins Jr., Tara (Jeremy) Johnson; thirteen grandchildren, Tyler Jackson, Joycelin Barfield, Neena Williams, Malik Holsey, Khyler Harden, Skyler Jackson, Caine Holsey, Zahir Barfield, Jamarcus Speights, Nigeria Wiggins, Jaylan Wiggins, Aubrey Thomas, Anye Wiggins; ten sisters, Lula Mae Whipple, Regina Ingram, Lucille Mason, Mamie Fountain, Mary (Bernard) Whipple, April (Chris) Smith, Nellie (Charles) Pitts, Bobbi (Rob) Mathis, Betty (Tony) Bray, Annie Mae Brown; three brothers, Carnell (Johnnie Mae) Jackson, Roy Adside, Curtis (Dorothy) Adside; five sister in laws, Minnie Jackson, Sandria Adside, Flaura (Kenneth) Pitts, Ada Redding, Callie (Mike) Middlebrooks and a host of other relatives and friends.
Public viewing will be held at the funeral home Friday, July 24, 2026, from 1:00-7:00PM.
Wilkinson County Memorial Chapel – Irwinton has charge of arrangements.
