Ms. Beverly Ann White departed this earthly life, and went home to be with the Lord on April 26, 2020. She was born on March 3, 1953 in Gordon, GA., to the late Amanda Davis & John Frank White. Affectionately known as Ann or Ms. B, she began her Christian walk at an early age and was baptized at Shiloh Baptist Church in Gordon, GA. She later relocated to Milledgeville, GA and served as a church mother at Alpha and Omega Church of God in Christ. Serving God was an integral part of her life. She spent much of her time in service to the Lord, and to the churches she attended. Ms. B was always willing and eager to share with anyone about the goodness of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Ann attended Hall Monroe Elementary School, Wilkinson County Junior High School, and graduated from Wilkinson County High School in 1974. Though she spent her lifetime in a variety of career paths, she spent the past 13 years as a food service worker at Georgia Military College in Milledgeville. Ann continued her work at GMC while battling her serious illnesses, and was often praised for her extraordinary work ethic, dedication, and the kindness she showed to the students and her co-workers. She leaves to celebrate the memories of her life: Sisters, Beatrice (Isaac)Sampson, Minnie (Charles) Trumbo, Pamela Davis, Johnnie Mae (Carnell)Jackson, Selena Wiggins, Marilyn (Willie) Thomas, and Johnnie Lisa White.
